Your order will be ready for dispatch within 2 business days. We’ll keep you in the loop with a tracking update via email / WhatsApp the moment it leaves our warehouse. If there is any unexpected delay we’ll notify you promptly with an updated timeline.

Order delivery

On dispatch from our end, you can expect your package in 2–3 days if you're in a metro city, or 5-6 days for other locations. While we and our couriers work hard to meet these timelines, unexpected events can sometimes slow down things. Please use the tracking details sent to your email/WhatsApp for the most accurate status of your shipment.

Our couriers follow an OTP-based delivery process, so providing a valid mobile number is mandatory. If a delivery fails because the OTP could not be verified, then the package will be returned to us. Please note that reshipping fees incurred due to non-delivery or returns are to be borne by the customer.
