RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Order Cancellation:

Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped out. You may cancel your order within 5hrs of purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please email contact@juje.co.in with the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION" and your order number.

 Return of Damaged Product:

Every piece at Juje undergoes a rigorous 3-Level Quality Check and is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we take every precaution, rare instances of rough handling during transit can occur. Should your order arrive in anything less than delightful condition, please follow the steps below.

1)  Inform within 48 Hours: "For a seamless resolution regarding damaged items, we kindly request an unboxing video or photographic evidence sent to contact@juje.co.in within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

 2) Reverse Pickup: After your return is verified, we’ll schedule a free pickup within 48 hours. To keep this service free of charge, please have your package ready for the courier. If the pickup can’t be completed, you’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

 3)  Replacement/Refund: As soon as your return is collected, we will send out a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
